Brad Howell
Founder of Rising Outdoor Initiative (ROI) and owner of After Hours Taxidermy and Outfitting. An Alabama native and current Mississippi resident, Brad is a lifelong outdoorsman with a deep passion for the wilderness. He is married to Jackie Howell, the Co-founder of ROI, and together they have two children. Brad's vision is to educate future generations of outdoorsmen and women while providing valuable opportunities for individuals who may lack the resources to experience the outdoors on their own.
Jackie Howell
Biologist and certified educator with a passion for community education. She is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of natural resources, the vital role outdoorsmen and women play in sustaining ecosystems, and the value of self-sufficient living. Married to Bradley Howell, Founder of Rising Outdoor Initiative, Jackie shares this mission with their two children, working to inspire a deeper connection to nature and responsible stewardship of the environment.
Kat Moore
Dedicated wildlife management professional and conservationist with extensive experience in outdoor education through South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks. A Mobile, Alabama native and mother of two, Kat is passionate about promoting outdoor education. Her commitment to conservation and teaching helps foster a deeper understanding of the natural world and the importance of responsible, sustainable outdoor practices.
Brandon Howell
Owner of B&T Hauling, a Mobile native now living in Mississippi with his wife Tesa and their two sons. A lifelong avid outdoorsman, Brandon is experienced in hunting, fishing, trapping and managing hunting property, where he has spent years honing his skills and passion for the outdoors. With his hands-on experience in the field, Brandon focuses on enjoying the outdoor experience while prioritizing sustainability for our future outdoorsmen.
Steven Walters
A TAM at AWC and a native of Mobile, currently residing in Semmes. He is married to Jennifer, and together they have two daughters. A lifelong outdoor enthusiast and avid hunter, Steven enjoys being part of the experience as kids explore and enjoy the outdoors.
Brian Rowe
Owner of Rowe General Landcare and the founder of the Elaine Rowe Memorial Kid's Day Out Fishing Tournament. A dedicated family man, Brian is married to Kayla, and they have two children. Passionate about the outdoors, Brian finds peace on the water fishing, Hunting and is known for his outgoing nature.
PhilLip Ward
Owner of Ward Land Management, husband to Stacey Ward, who is a nurse practitioner, and father of two girls and one boy. His passion for the outdoors has been a lifelong journey, and he is deeply committed to preserving this way of life for future generations. With a natural guide's mentality, he finds great joy in helping others experience the thrill and beauty of hunting and fishing, sharing the experiences that have shaped his love for the outdoors.
